Disability Support Worker

As a nationwide NDIS provider, we deliver person-centred services including Supported Independent Living (SIL) and tailored disability support. Our approach is grounded in mindfulness, self-care, and community wellness.

 

We’re currently seeking compassionate and reliable casual Disability Support Workers to join our team. With a variety of shifts available, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends - this role offers flexibility and the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with participants.

 

About the role

 

You’ll support participants with:

  • Daily living tasks and routines
  • Personal care and hygiene
  • Medication assistance
  • Emotional wellbeing and independence
  • Community participation and social engagement
  • Maintaining a safe, supportive home environment

 

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in disability or youth support
  • NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card)
  • WWCC (Blue Card)
  • First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance

 

Highly Regarded

  • Cert IV in Mental Health or equivalent
  • Experience with complex behaviours or mental health
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Tech-savvy and organised
