We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team, assisting customers with complex needs - Enjoy day shifts between 9am to 8pm supporting our In-Home Care Services and Daily Living outings!

 

About Your New Role

As a member of our disability services team in West Rockhampton, you'll be assisting customers with complex needs. You will be at the forefront of ensuring quality care and independence is embedded in the supports provided and work closely with internal and external stakeholders in facilitating innovative strategies to help customers overcome daily challenges and reach their full potential. This is a casual position with potential for permanent opportunities available.

 

About You

  • Excels in complex support environments, including In-Home Supports, Clinical Settings, and Community Access
  • Experience in manual handling and providing personal care including bathing, toileting and dressing
  • Maintains effective communication and strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Has experience implementing Care plans and Positive Behavioural Support plans while supporting complex needs
  • Can prioritise workloads and respond to emergent situations with ease

Requirements

  • A current Driver's Licence (P2 or Open)
  • Paid Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
