Dual Trade Electrical Refrigeration Mechanic

Comlek Group is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Dual Trade Electrical Refrigeration Mechanic preferred or HVAC Technician to join our team for maintenance and installation work across Mackay and the stunning Whitsundays region. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent role with a well-established company offering long-term stability and variety in your day-to-day work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform HVAC maintenance and breakdown services for existing clients

• Install, repair, and replace split system air-conditioners

• Deliver small project works, including quoting and installs

• Support minor business development activities and client engagement

• Travel to client sites across the Whitsundays region

Essential Requirements:

• Certificate III in Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration

• QLD Electrical Licence

• ARC Refrigerant Handling Licence

• Manual Open 'C' Class Driver's Licence

• Current LVR & CPR certification

• Construction White Card

• Standard 11 QLD Coal Induction (or willingness to obtain)

• QLD Coal Board Medical (or willingness to obtain)

About You:

• Self-motivated with strong troubleshooting skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload

• Willingness to occasionally assist with quoting and business development tasks
