We’re seeking an energetic and hands-on Duty Manager to help lead our daily operations across our bistro, kitchen, and gaming areas, playing a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.

 What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the venue as the key point of contact whilst on duty, always ensuring smooth and professional operations.

  • Oversee service delivery across the bar, bistro, gaming floor, and kitchen, keeping evry area running efficiently and to KBSC standards.

  • Coach, mentor and support staff through hands-on training, fostering a positive, high-performance team environment.

  • Maintain compliance with all liquor, gaming, and WHS regulations,  ensuring the venue operates safely and responsibly.

  • Drive seamless communication between front-of-house and back-of-house.

  • Uphold venue presentation, ensuring our spaces are clean, welcoming and safe for members and guests.

 What You’ll Bring:

  • Previous Duty Manager or Supervisory experience with proven leadership skills.

  • Minimum 2 years hospitality experience.

  • RSA & RSG Certificates (RMLV, Approved Manager, and Food Safety Supervisor desirable)

  • Solid knowledge of gaming, keno and liquor licensing

  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office).
