Port City Kids is seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our dynamic and caring team. This PPT role in Gladstone, QLD will see you play a pivotal part in shaping the educational and developmental journeys of our youngest learners.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide a nurturing, stimulating and inclusive learning environment that fosters children's physical, social, emotional and cognitive development

  • Effectively communicate with parents/guardians to build strong partnerships and support each child's learning and wellbeing

  • Comply with all early childhood education regulations, policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care and safety

  • Participate in ongoing professional development to continually enhance your teaching practice

  • Collaborate with the wider childcare team to contribute to the overall success of the Centre

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing engaging educational programs for children aged 0-5 years

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

  • Strong organisational and time management skills to juggle the diverse responsibilities of the role

  • Genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of young learners
