Our Teachers and Educators are the heart and soul of our centre, supporting us in our mission. We are now looking for an enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher to join our brand new centre and team!

About your new role

  • Lead and run a fully funded kindergarten program in our Kindy room

  • Provide creative learning experiences

  • Assess the needs of each child, monitor their progress & ensure school readiness

  • Mentor and lead your room team to include collaboration, reflection and respect

  • Maintain effective communication with parents.

  • Network with relevant stakeholders in the local community

  • Provide a comprehensive transition to school program

About you

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification as approved by ACECQA 

  • Current blue card, approved first aid, anaphylaxis, and asthma qualifications.

  • Prior experience and confidence in leading a classroom setting and writing educational programs.

  • Strong leadership skills and an ability to confidently guide and mentor your peers.

  • The ability to implement stimulating programs, and develop a curriculum based on the children's interests and the EYLF.
