As our ECT, you will:
✨ Deliver play-based learning that sparks curiosity, joy, and discovery
✨ Create warm, inclusive environments where every child feels seen, safe, and valued
✨ Build trusting partnerships with families and mentor fellow educators
✨ Celebrate each child’s milestones and unique learning journey
What You’ll Bring
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
✔ Current Teacher Registration/Blue Card
✔ Strong knowledge of QKLG, EYLF & NQS
✔ A values-led approach, with a passion for community, connection, and collaborative practice
