What you’ll do

  • Lead engaging, inquiry-based programs aligned with QKLG and NQS

  • Mentor educators to deliver child-led, meaningful learning experiences

  • Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and your team

  • Support every child’s development, well-being, and identity

  • Work collaboratively with Centre Leadership to maintain a high-quality, reflective environment

  • Contribute to a positive, professional team culture where your ideas are valued

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

  • Blue Card and relevant clearances (or willingness to obtain)

  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis, and Child Protection training

  • Sound understanding of EYLF, QKLG, NQS and evidence-informed, play-based practice

  • Warmth, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset

  • Long day care experience valued but not essential
