Early Childhood Teacher

About the role

Lead daily learning for children aged 3–4 using the Reggio Emilia approach within a faith-based environment. Create engaging programs, document child development, and partner with families. Ensure continuous quality improvement and maintain a safe, inclusive centre.

Duties

• Deliver early learning programs using Reggio Emilia principles.

• Document, evaluate, and track individual child progress.

• Drive continuous quality improvement aligned with the QIP.

• Partner with families to support early child development.

• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment.

Skills & experience

• Bachelor-level Early Childhood Teaching qualification.

• Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) registration (or eligibility).

• Active alignment with Christian faith and Statement of Faith.

• Strong NQF and EYLF framework application skills.

• Demonstrated ability to build strong family relationships.

You will receive an attractive base salary of circa $89,200 to $128,471 PLUS Super (based on skills and experience) and great benefits, including:
