  • NFP Salary Packaging | Family Oriented & Flexible Employer

BUSHkids is a not-for-profit organisation that has been at the heart of transforming lives of regional children across Queensland for 90 years.  Our highly dedicated teams and volunteers are all driven by a shared vision that all children should have access to free allied health services regardless of where they live.

As an Early Intervention Facilitator at BUSHkids, you will be a key member of our Early Childhood Approach service supporting early intervention for families with children younger than 6 with developmental delays or children younger than 9 with a disability in accessing the supports and services they and their families need to achieve better long-term outcomes.

You will empower families with essential information and resources about the NDIS and services that align with their goals, while undertaking assessment and intervention work under the guidance of the ECA team leadership.  Additionally, you will assist families in identifying and planning the services they need, liaise with a range of health and service providers and ensure timely documentation, including writing reports, responding to queries, reviewing clinical notes, and communicating with referrers and clients.

A highly fulfilling career awaits you at BUSHkids! This is a wonderful opportunity to take on an incredibly rewarding role assisting families where your involvement will make both a meaningful and lasting impact.
