Job Description

Our Marian service has opened up an exciting opportunity for an Educational Leader. This is a wonderful opportunity for growth within Early Childhood and to be part of the Leadership Team, build strong connections with children and families and work alongside others collaboratively.

 

As an Educational Leader, you will:

  • Lead a team of Educators, whilst focusing on individual development and mentoring in the education, care and supervision of each child
  • An ability to work collaboratively with fellow Educators to develop and implement inspirational educational programs.
  • Create a friendly, secure, and stimulating interactive learning environment.
  • Nurture and develop our team members so they confidently contribute to our children’s learning.
  • Develop trusting and honest relationships with children, families, colleagues, management and community stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with EYLF and NQS are met or exceeded.

 

What we're looking for:

  • 2 + years experience in a Lead Educator role or experience in a similar role.
  • Completed Diploma of Early Childhood Education, Graduate Diploma, Bachelor of ECE or ACEQA Equivalent
  • Working with Children Blue Card
  • Current CPR and First Aid
