Electrical Service Manager

GB Industries is a leading electrical contracting company to Mining, Industrial & Ports clients throughout the Bowen Basin. Due to our continued success, we are seeking a talented, Mackay based Electrical Service Manager to join our team.

The Role:

• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with current and new Clients 

• Liaison with clients, customers and stakeholders - including actively engaging mine sites as part of our Electrical projects team

• Monitoring of projects scope, progress, safety and compliance

• Engagement in planning, tendering and execution for projects and site works

• Business development, managing business growth for existing and new projects

• Take a leading role in managing tender/proposal preparation and submission

Key requirements:

• Extensive mining industry and Electrical project works experience

• Project management experience

• Strong technical skills and experience in contract administration, document and stakeholder management

• Proven record developing and maintaining business relationships

• Demonstrated service management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in leading a multi-disciplinary Electrical teams.

• Knowledge of mining practices, compliance and infrastructure.

• Demonstrated contractor management skills.

• Current Coal Board Medical and Standard 11
