Salary: $80K+ 

Are you a skilled and motivated Electrician looking for an exciting opportunity in a reputable switchboard manufacturing business? We are a well-established company located in the heart of regional Queensland, and we’re seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team.

About the Role:
As an Electrician with our team, you will play a key role in the manufacturing and assembly of high-quality switchboards. Your responsibilities will include interpreting control drawings, ensuring excellent workmanship, and contributing to a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret control drawings and electrical schematics.
  • Install, assemble, wire, and test switchboards to the highest standards.
  • Ensure all work complies with industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Where applicable, tasks relate to diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical faults.
  • Conducting safety checks and risk assessments as part of routine quality control etc.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Electrician with relevant certifications.
  • Proven ability to read and understand control drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license (essential).
  • Experience in switchboard manufacturing or a similar field (preferred but not essential).
