Pearl Home Care Gladstone is seeking a Part-Time Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our growing clinical team delivering high-quality, person-centred care to clients living independently in their own homes.

About the Role

Working under the direction of our Registered Nurses and Clinical Care Partners, you will deliver evidence-based clinical care and support to clients across Gladstone and surrounding areas.

This community-based role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients and families while supporting them to remain safe and independent at home.

Key Responsibilities

βœ” Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care in line with care plans
βœ” Conduct clinical observations and monitor client wellbeing
βœ” Assist with wound care, continence care, chronic disease management, and medication support
βœ” Report changes in client condition to the RN promptly
βœ” Maintain accurate clinical documentation and case notes
βœ” Participate in care reviews and multidisciplinary collaboration
βœ” Promote dignity, independence, wellness, and reablement
βœ” Support compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational policies

About You

  • Demonstrates strong clinical judgement and communication skills
  • Is professional, compassionate, and organised

Essential Requirements

βœ” Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
βœ” Diploma of Nursing qualification (or equivalent)
βœ” Current First Aid & CPR
βœ” Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
βœ” NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
βœ” Strong interpersonal and communication skills
βœ” Demonstrated experience working with older adults
βœ” Sound computer and documentation skills

Desirable

⭐ Experience in community, aged care, or hospital nursing
⭐ Experience using client management systems such as Visual Care
⭐ Understanding of the Support at Home Program and aged care reforms
⭐ Minimum 1 year nursing experience preferred
