Your part in our BlueCare team

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be working alongside our Registered Nurses, providing person-centred care to your clients, ensuring a safe environment within the home and applying your clinical skills to improving their quality of life through activities that include: 

  • Documenting and updating care plans in line with emerging assessments
  • Medication and wound management
  • Assisting clients with activities of daily living and recreational activities
  • Helping clients to participate in the community by providing social support
  • Aiding other care staff and health professionals
  • Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members

What makes a difference for us? 

  • Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
  • Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously.
  • General nursing experience, post-registration
  • Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements
  • Current Australian Driver’s Licence
