Due to continued growth, C2C Mine Maintenance is seeking a motivated Equipment Compliance Officer to join our team.

This role is ideal for trade-qualified Diesel Fitters or Motor Mechanics with coal mining experience who are ready to step away from the tools and move into a long-term, stable role — without leaving the mining industry.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for completing mechanical compliance inspections and brake testing on a range of mining equipment, using modern compliance management software.
Full training is provided, including brake testing where required.

About You

  • Trade-qualified Diesel Fitter or Motor Mechanic

  • Current driver’s licence

  • Civil or remote site experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently

  • Willingness to travel to various sites

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and D&A test

  • Brake testing experience advantageous (training provided)
