Estimator

1OneGroup Constructions are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team on a full-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a growing company in the BUILDING & CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY, contributing to a range of exciting projects.

About the Role:
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing project documentation, and supporting the delivery of projects from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit detailed cost estimates and tenders

• Review plans, specifications, and project documentation

• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing

• Assist in project planning and budgeting

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

• Procurement & Delivery of Materials

About You:

• Previous experience in an estimating role (preferred)

• Experience in the building & construction industry is highly regarded

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Good communication and time management skills
