Estimator & Site Supervisor - Insurance Construction

This mid-sized insurance repair builder, has an opportunity for an Estimator & Site Supervisor to join their Queensland division - Rockhampton.

ABOUT THE COMPANY AND THE ROLE

This insurance repair builder has a large network of Builders and Trades across Queensland, a strong administrative support team, and modernised systems and procedures in place. They currently operate under multiple insurance panels.

They care about providing a positive and social working culture where individuals can develop and grow long-term with the company, and as such have excellent staff retention.

You would be focused on a mixture of predominantly BAU and some Major Loss Insurance Repair Building projects in Townsville.

This is a full-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday (no weekend work).

ABOUT YOU

• Supervising and Estimating experience within the insurance building industry preferred. Otherwise residential or strata maintenance exposure also highly advantageous.

• Excellent communication - with customers, trades and project managers.

• Professional, responsible and committed.

• Computer confident.

• Able to commit to the role long-term and willingness to grow with the company.
