THE OPPORTUNITY
We have partnered with a major mining contractor to support them with the production operations across their Queensland Coal Mining contracts. The miner has a well-known industry brand with a strong focus on employee wellbeing, development, safety, and production outcomes across their operations.
This role is for the Excavator Operator looking to establish a long-term career with an established mining contractor on a site with an extensive life of mine. Direct Permanent Hire.
Roster: 7/7 DIDO (Drive in Drive out)
Location: Central Queensland, DIDO Only
Direct Permanent Hire - Salaried Positions
Previous production experience operating the following Excavators or similar size with a Dozer skill Excavators: Liebherr 996, Liebherr 9400, Liebherr 9350, Hitachi 3600 Or Equivalent
- Valid Australian Drivers Licence
- Previous experience in busy open-pit mining operations
- VOC or RII Training Competency Desirable
- Must Supply a Training Transcript of Competencies
- National Police Clearance
- Coal Board Medical
- Standard 11
- Able to Pass Onboarding Process Including Medical and Reference Checks
