About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, values driven and highly organised Executive Coordinator to join our team for a period of 6 months.
This pivotal role will serve as the primary point of contact for interactions for GPC’s Executive Leadership Team, providing essential organisational support.
- Act as the first point of contact for individuals seeking access to the Executive Leadership Team,
managing communications and prioritising issues for escalation.
- Maintain utmost confidentiality and ethical standards while delivering comprehensive organisational
support to the Executive Leadership Team.
- Manage the Executives schedule, coordinate travel, and assist in preparing corporate reports and
briefing notes.
- Facilitate meetings for the Executive Leadership Team, including recording and distributing minutes.
- Oversee general office procedures and ensure efficient coordination of stakeholder visits to our facilities.
- Uphold our company's Code of Conduct and promote our core values in all interactions.
