The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Administration Assistant to join our busy office team. This is a varied and fast-paced role that involves payroll, accounts payable and receivable, general office support, and administrative tasks such as filing and document preparation.

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment. A probationary period applies. Minimum working hours are 36 hours per week.


What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current driver’s licence and reliable transport

  • Minimum 5 years experience in previous administration duties, including payroll and accounts

  • Experience using Xero is desirable

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Good time management and organisational skills

  • A professional and friendly phone manner

  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure

  • A positive attitude, reliability, and punctuality

  • A willingness to learn and take initiative

  • Certificate III in Business Administration (preferred)
