Job Opportunity: Experienced Drill/Diesel Fitters

Location: Central Queensland & Mackay Workshops
Company: MADD Industries (Family Owned Business)

MADD Industries is seeking experienced and motivated Drill/Diesel Fitters to join our growing team across various mine sites in Central Queensland and at our Mackay Workshops. We are a locally owned and operated company, committed to providing a safe, positive, and supportive work environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Current Coal Board Medical (including Lung Screen)
  • Standard 11
  • Trade Qualification (Fitter or Diesel Mechanic)
  • Working at Heights
  • Current Driver’s Licence

Ideal Skills & Experience:

  • Proficiency with CAT, Sandvik, and Epiroc blast hole drills (Top Hammer Drill experience is highly advantageous)
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Strong safety-first mindset
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
