About the Role: 

Briones Group are looking for skilled Fitters to join their team for upcoming Coal Mining projects. We’re looking for trade qualified and enthusiastic candidates who excel at working in teams but can also work autonomously. Candidates must be safety minded with a passion for producing high quality work.

Job Requirements:

• Trade Certificate

• Standard 11

• Coal Board Medical

• Working at Heights

• Confined space

• Gas test atmospheres 

• Valid License and reliable transport. 

In Addition, you will need:

• Mining Shutdowns, Construction or Maintenance experience

• CHPP experience (Highly regarded)

• OLC experience (Highly regarded)

• Experienced in following Risk Assessments

• A high regard for your personal safety and others

• Social skills that can foster a good team environment 

• Good work ethics and a positive attitude

• Punctuality and timeliness
