About the roles:
The positions will play a critical role in ensuring excellence in client-centred care through the application of evidenced based clinical assessment, prescription and management of a range of health conditions. The roles will be responsible for delivering 1:1 consultations, group classes, hydrotherapy and athlete performance services. With a diverse clientele, you will see NDIS, DVA, home care, medicare referrals, private clients and return to work medicals/pre-employments.
We also have a strong client base of paediatric NDIS, allowing us to truly make an impact to the lives of the young people in our community.
For the experienced AEP position, you will assist in mentoring our new grad staff through 1:1 and group staff training. You will also be proactive in evaluating services as you become familiar with our organisation and assist management in reviewing and establishing improvements or new projects. Role responsibilities

Provide high-quality, evidenced based assessment, prescription and management for all clients

Service delivery will be in-clinic, at external contract locations, home visits and hydrotherapy

Maintain accurate and timely patient records and communication with referral sources

Be proactive in networking and creating stakeholder relationships
-
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care

Manage your NDIS, HCP & DVA client agreements ensuring up to date records, reporting and required renewals

Actively engage in ongoing PD and participating in staff education sessions

Experienced EP- be a leader and activist for our industry through multiple networking channels

Experienced EP- be a trustworthy, approachable mentor for our new grads

About you:

Experienced or new grad Exercise Physiologist with Current AEP ESSA registration

Has the clinical and interpersonal skills to deliver the highest quality of care and service

Current Working with Children's Check and NDIS or ability to obtain

Current drivers license

Current CPR & First-aid ready to hit the ground running or willingness to obtain quickly
