About the Opportunities

Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:

Project coordination, planning, and reporting

Cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Site and project team support

Progress claims, reporting, and documentation

Liaising with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders

Supporting safe, timely, and cost-effective project delivery
About You

Relevant qualification or experience in engineering, cost control, or project support

Background in construction, engineering, mining, or industrial environments (preferred)

Strong organisational and communication skills

Good attention to detail and ability to manage priorities

Local to Mackay or willing to commute

Open to flexible working arrangements
