Gladstone Community Linking Agency (GCLA) is a well-established, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to providing high-quality community-based services. We offer a wide range of support programs, including NDIS, aged care, Medicare, Hi-Caps, Department of Veteran Affairs and private services. Our objective is to enhance the lives of our clients by providing them with personalised, compassionate care. We are currently seeking expressions of interest from dedicated Allied Health professionals to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission.

As part of our growth and continued commitment to providing excellent services, we are looking to expand our Allied Health team across the following areas:

  • Speech Therapy
  • Occupational Therapy
  • Psychology
  • Allied Health Assistants

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to clients across different age groups, including both private customers, NDIS and aged care customers.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualised treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapeutic interventions.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including support coordinators, families, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver the best outcomes for clients.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families to promote independence and improve quality of life.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and case notes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organisational standards.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, case discussions, and professional development activities to enhance service delivery.

About You:

  • Qualifications & Registration: You hold relevant qualifications and are registered with AHPRA or the appropriate regulatory body for your discipline.
  • Experience: You have proven experience working within the NDIS and/or aged care sectors, demonstrating a strong understanding of the needs and challenges of these client groups.
  • Skills: You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and are confident working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion: You have a genuine passion for helping others and providing meaningful, impactful care.
  • Clearances: You hold, or can obtain, a current Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
