What You’ll Do:
We have an exciting opportunity for Mechanical Fitters and Boilermakers to join our Plant Maintenance teams, working on either a Lifestyle Roster or a 9-day fortnight. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting our Safe, Stable, and Sustainable vision by:

Performing work safely, both independently and as part of a team, in accordance with all health, safety, environmental, and community policies and procedures.

Manufacturing, fabricating, and welding piping, fittings, valves, and associated components.

Conducting maintenance and repair work on drum filters, settlers, tertiary systems, and related pumps and piping.

Identifying, developing, and implementing improvements to plant equipment and processes.

Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance work practices and operational efficiency.
About You – What We’re Looking For
We are seeking motivated, safety-conscious team players who thrive in a dynamic industrial environment. To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:

A positive, proactive, and safety-focused attitude, with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Trade qualifications as a Boilermaker or Mechanical Fitter.

Experience in the maintenance of pumps, turbines, mills, and fans is highly desirable.
-
Willingness and ability to learn new skills.
-
Self-motivation, with a focus on customer service and continuous improvement.
-
Forklift, dogging, and rigging qualifications are advantageous.
