What You’ll Do:

We have an exciting opportunity for Mechanical Fitters and Boilermakers to join our Plant Maintenance teams, working on either a Lifestyle Roster or a 9-day fortnight. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting our Safe, Stable, and Sustainable vision by:

  • Performing work safely, both independently and as part of a team, in accordance with all health, safety, environmental, and community policies and procedures.

  • Manufacturing, fabricating, and welding piping, fittings, valves, and associated components.

  •  Conducting maintenance and repair work on drum filters, settlers, tertiary systems, and related pumps and piping.

  • Identifying, developing, and implementing improvements to plant equipment and processes.

  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance work practices and operational efficiency.

About You – What We’re Looking For

We are seeking motivated, safety-conscious team players who thrive in a dynamic industrial environment. To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:

  •  A positive, proactive, and safety-focused attitude, with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

  •  Trade qualifications as a Boilermaker or Mechanical Fitter.

  • Experience in the maintenance of pumps, turbines, mills, and fans is highly desirable.

  • Willingness and ability to learn new skills.

  • Self-motivation, with a focus on customer service and continuous improvement.

  • Forklift, dogging, and rigging qualifications are advantageous.
