Wynter & Reign is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and fashion-forward Casual Fashion Retail Assistant to join our boutique team. We are seeking someone who is passionate about styling, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating a welcoming shopping experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalised styling advice.
- Build genuine relationships with customers and create memorable shopping experiences.
- Assist with achieving daily sales targets and store KPIs.
- Process sales, exchanges and payments through the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards, including styling mannequins, colour coordinating displays and keeping the boutique beautifully presented.
- Replenish stock, organise the sales floor and ensure all clothing is displayed in size order.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking and processing new stock deliveries.
- Keep fitting rooms, counters and store areas clean and tidy throughout each shift.
- Support social media content creation where required.
- Complete general store cleaning and housekeeping duties.
About You
- A genuine passion for fashion and styling.
- Friendly, confident and approachable with excellent communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a beautiful store.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, late-night trade and public holidays when required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
