Position/s Overview – 

2025 has started off strong with multiple new and ongoing projects in the pipeline and we need you to join our team to share in the continued growth!

Whether you are an experienced fencing installer, labourer, leading hand/supervisor or even an established subcontract fencing team we want to hear from you!

 

Key Duties – 

As part of the TRM team you will: 

  • Supervise/Assist to plan and install for various fence types such as – but not limited to – rural, security, commercial & fauna fencing on multiple projects across Queensland. 
  • Communicate effectively with management, supervisors, leading hands, other team members and the client to ensure project requirements are fully understood and carried out within scope, productively and professionally to align with true TRM standards and values. 
  • Have the ability to use initiative to solve problems and adapt to potential changes in scope of work or site requirements - while maintaining professionalism and pride in the work you are doing and the team you are working with.

 

Who are we looking for? 

TRM believe in equal opportunity and on the job training but ideally applicants will possess: 

  • 2 years’ experience in similar role for leadership role applicants (Supervisors/Leading Hands), experience for labourer type roles is not a requirement as on the job training can be provided but a sound knowledge of fencing will be regarded
  • Motivated, proactive, and in good physical health 
  • A willingness to travel and flexibility 
  • A commitment to completing high quality work in a safe and productive manner  
  • A valid White Card (or willingness to obtain one)
