Field Services Coordinator

Job Description

PCR Polyweld are currently seeking a suitable full-time applicant to fill our Field Services Coordinator Role based in the Mackay office.

  • Monday to Friday 38hr Week

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordination of the field service team, project schedules/ rostering, compliance reporting, liaising with customers.

  • Preparing customer quotations, generating purchase orders, goods receival, and dispatching of customer orders, including operating forklift.

  • Scheduling site inspections, servicing and repairs of light vehicle & equipment, maintaining HSE registers, service records, site compliance, transportation.

  • Assist in organising site-specific inductions/ onboarding and related paperwork, employee training/ medicals.

 

Skills and experience:

  • Previous administration or scheduling/ coordinating experience preferred, but not essential

  • Sound skills in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required

  • Current drivers licence

  • Forklift licence

  • Display an enthusiastic work ethic and be self-motivated

  • Be organised and a sound communicator
