Final trim excavator operators

Leader Earthworks are currently seeking experienced final trim excavator operators for a project in Rockhampton on a subdivision.

About the role:

We seek exceptional excavator operators with proven history of operating plant to a high standard on construction sites to join our team.  

Reporting to the Operations Coordinator, your main responsibilities will be to operate the relevant plant on the project site as instructed, ensuring high quality project delivery. 

This will be a full time position long term work for the right person.

 To be successful you must have: 

• Current unrestricted driver's license

• WHS General Construction Induction Certificate (White Card/Blue Card)

• Relevant RII tickets, certificate form or USI transcript (must be less than 5 years )

• Experience with GPS machine control. (Earthworks)

• Minimum of 5 years experience in civil construction preferred 

• Experience on Tier 1 highway infrastructure preferred

• Be able to work as part of a team and autonomously, trustworthy, hard-working and take pride in your work and work well under pressure

• Must have effective communications skills to be able to relate well with supervisors and managers
