About the Role
This full-time role is an opportunity to deliver comprehensive financial planning services to a well-established client base while actively building new client relationships. You'll provide ongoing advice, guidance, and support, maintaining face-to-face and phone contact with clients. Your expertise will help clients achieve their financial goals, while your proactive approach will drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews and reviews for prospects and existing clients.
- Deliver technically sound financial planning advice tailored to individual client needs.
- Stay informed about financial products, services, and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external referral sources.
- Meet targets for funds under management, fees generated, new client acquisition, and client retention.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant procedures, processes, and legislative requirements.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience as a Financial Advisor, with full FASEA compliance.
- Proficiency in Xplan and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong compliance and technical knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements.
