EASYLIFT IS CELEBRATING 40 YEARS OF SUPPLYING QUEENSLAND WITH PREMIUM GARAGE DOORS, AUTOMATIC GATES, ROLLER SHUTTERS, AUTOMATION SYSTEMS & MUCH MORE.

EXPANDING INTO CENTRAL QLD OVER 15YRS AGO, THE ROCKHAMPTON BRANCH, ALONG WITH THE REST OF THE COMPANY, HAS SEEN SIGNIFICANT GROWTH WHICH HAS PRESENTED AN OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU TO ASSIST THE COMPANY TO GROW FURTHER.

EASYLIFT ROCKHAMPTON IS SEEKING THE SERVICES OF A SECOND ADMINISTRATOR, TO ASSISTANT IN THE FRONT OFFICE - THIS INDIVIDUAL NEEDS TO BE WELL PRESENTED, PROFESSIONAL & PLEASANT NATURED.

YOUR GENERAL DUTIES WILL BE:

  • ANSWERING INCOMING CALLS AND ENQUIRIES
  • MEETING & GREETING WALK-IN CLIENTELLE
  • DATA ENTRY 
  • ASSISTING THE WORKS COORDINATOR
  • GENERAL OFFICE SUPPORT AS REQUIRED

 

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 2 YEARS PLUS EXPERIENCE IN ADMINISTRATION/RECEPTION
  • A GENUINE DESIRE TO WORK IN A SUPPORT ROLE
  • STRONG COMPUTER SKILLS IN MS WORD, MS EXCEL & MS OUTLOOK (EXPERIENCE IN QUICKBOOKS WOULD BE ADVANTAGEOUS)
  • EXCELLENT ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND ORGANISATIONAL SKILLS
  • PROACTIVE, WITH THE ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY
  • GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS, BOTH WRITTEN AND VERBAL
  • PROFESSIONAL PRESENTATION AND MANNER
