Full Time CNC Operator- Timber Production Labourer

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated CNC Operator / Production Labourer to join our busy Cabinetmaking workshop.

This is a full-time, hands-on role primarily responsible for operating CNC machinery and edgebanders, supported by general production duties.

We are looking for someone who wants consistent, ongoing employment and takes pride in doing their job properly.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor CNC machinery

  • Operate edgebanders

  • Load and unload materials

  • Carry out general production duties

  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace

  • Follow workplace health & safety procedures

  • Work to daily production targets and quality standards

About You

Must be an Australian citizen with valid work rights to be eligible for this position.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Be physically fit and capable of manual work

  • Be comfortable working on your feet for the duration of the shift

  • Be willing and able to commit to a consistent 38-hour work week

  • Be available to work Monday to Friday during standard daytime hours

  • Have Computer literacy and confidence learning machine software

  • Be reliable, punctual and accountable

  • Follow instructions and processes carefully

  • Have a positive, team-oriented mindset

Previous CNC or manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essential. Training will be provided for the right person.
