RoadPak Industries' offers internationally certified services specialising in high-risk tie-ins of sewer/water infrastructure, asbestos removal, and waste management. Committed to safety and quality, they collaborate closely with clients to ensure efficient and reliable project execution.

As the business grows, they seek an experienced General Manager to drive operational excellence and co-pilot the strategic vision alongside the Business Owner.


The Opportunity

Join RoadPak Industries as a General Manager and lead the growth of a civil plumbing and earthworks business renowned for "Providing Safe Sustainable Solutions for Deadline Driven Customers." Serving sectors like the Gladstone Area Water Board and Gladstone Regional Council, you will manage daily operations, allowing the Business Owner to focus on opportunities for Business Development and strategic planning.

Your New Role:

As the General Manager of  RoadPak Industries, you will work closely with the current business owner to implement growth strategies to achieve revenue targets whilst maintaining profit margins. Your role will oversee daily operations, leading and developing the existing team and growing the people and asset resources to support the growth required. 

What You Bring:

  • Proven leadership experience in a General Manager or similar role. 
  • Prior experience in the civil construction industry. 
  • Strong financial acumen with a track record of achieving growth.
  • Exceptional team leadership and people management skills.
  • A deep commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
