General Practice Nurse

CQ Medicentre is seeking either an EN or RN with General Practice experience to join our Nursing Team in a casual capacity with the potentail to move into a part time role. Hours can be flexible, however there is an increased demand for any nurses available on Thursday and Fridays to help cover shifts. 

Applicants will be required to provide support to a variety of clinical areas, including vaccinations, wound care, triage, minor procedures and chronic disease management.

CQ Medicentre is a multi-site practice situated on both the Northside and Southside of Rockhampton in Central Queensland.

The successful Nurse will hold AHPRA registration (without restrictions) to deliver safe, compassionate clinical care. They'll be required to work collaboratively with the team to achieve best practice patient outcomes, prioritising person-centred care to patients, families and carers through effective assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care.
