Responsibilities
Reporting to the Technical Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

Supporting site operations by ensuring all work complies with health, safety, environmental, and community policies and procedures.

Gaining in-depth knowledge of the QAL Bayer process, plant systems, operational procedures, and safe work practices.

Identifying and developing innovative ideas that contribute to continuous improvement across the site.

Assisting in the review and analysis of short-term performance in key process areas.

Providing technical input into the engineering and commissioning phases of capital projects.

Helping develop and implement process strategies for planned equipment outages and maintenance activities.
Requirements
-
Recently completed or currently completing (by December 2025) a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Process Engineering (or a closely related discipline).

A strong commitment to personal and team safety.

Strong communication abilities, initiative, and effective problem-solving skills.

Process-oriented with a passion for driving improvement and efficiency.

Solid understanding of core Process/Chemical Engineering principles.
