Cape Hillsborough Nature Tourist Park is a secluded park, located just a short drive from Mackay to the south and Airlie Beach to the north.  It is situated in the National Park and surrounded by absolute beach frontage.

Job Description
  • Full time opportunity - onsite accommodation available if required
  • Ensure our guests have a great experience and make holiday memories
  • Find your balance with flexible work hours over a 7-day roster

What you’ll do:

You will provide an exceptional experience to our guests from reservation and throughout their stay, creating lifetime memories. On a daily basis you will:

  • Complete reception tasks such as taking bookings, preparing invoices, checking guests in and out
  • Answer phone and email enquires promptly and professionally
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals or to ensure guest needs are met

Onsite accommodation and utilities can optionally be provided as part of your employment, if you are looking to relocate.  You will be working closely with our team to ensure our guests receive top notch guest service and experience.  We do the training, you bring the personality!  We will ensure you have the equipment, training and support that you require to guarantee success for the mid to long term.

What you’ll bring:  

  • Knowledge of booking and computer systems are an advantage. 
  • A reputation for providing excellent customer service, engaging in great conversations with customer or guests
  •  A vibrant attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
  • Problem solving skills including the ability to apply quick thinking and conflict resolution in a workplace context
  • Flexibility to work across other areas of the business if required
