Job Description

Are you ready for a new challenge with an industry leader? Programmed is seeking experienced Haul Truck & Multi-Skilled Operators to join our team at Rolleston Coal Mine. If you have a strong background in Heavy Mobile Plant Operation and want an opportunity for long-term, stable work, we want to hear from you!



🗓️ 7/7 roster, 12.5-hr shifts
💰 Weekly pay + super on all hours
🏕️ Camp with pool, gym, great food
🚐 DIDO/BIBO options
🙌 Onsite support from Programmed team
✅ Long-term project - over 15 years of mine life remaining



What You Need:

  • Experience on CAT 793 or larger haul trucks
  • Bonus if you've worked in coal mining
  • Multi-skilled? Even better - Dozer, Grader, Excavator, Loader ops welcomed
  • Signed transcripts for all machinery
  • Current Coal Board Medical & Standard 11, or willing to obtain
  • Commitment to safety & ability to pass D&A screening
