Job Description

We are recruiting experienced Haul Truck Operators for a long-term open cut coal operation in the Moranbah region, working with a large, established mining contractor on site. This position is temp to perm, with permanent employment following an initial 3-month period.

Responsibilities
  • Operating haul trucks in an open cut coal environment
  • Working safely and efficiently within site procedures
  • Meeting daily production and safety requirements
  • Working as part of a crew on an active mine site

Requirements
  • Proven experience on CAT 785 or similar haul trucks within a coal mining environment 
  • Current Standard 11
  • Coal Board Medical 
  • Strong safety focus and reliable attendance
