ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our leading global mining and resource client is Australia's largest producer and supplier of seaborne metallurgical coal. With over 100 years of operation within Australia, they mine metallurgical coal across several sites within their Queensland Operations in the Bowen Basin with local, DIDO and FIFO opportunities available.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
You will be working as a Dump Truck Operator within the Overburden Department at Peak Downs Mine. You will be operating CAT 793 and 797 Dump Trucks being loaded by Excavators & Shovels. You will be working a Thursday to Wednesday rotating day & night roster. These roles are available to residential, DIDO, BIBO (Mackay and Rockhampton) and Flights ($200 reimbursement) candidates.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Previous mining experience operating CAT 793 and 797 Dump Trucks within a production environment
• You will need to have obtained a Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical within last 2 years or be willing to attain this.
• SSE signed skills list, Current Drivers Licence & right to work in Australia
