Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the store managers
  • Ensuring ther hightest of standards when preparing, packing and displaying meat.
  • Maintain inventory, order supplies and manage stock rotation.
  • Contribute to the development of new product offerings
  • Work alongside the General Manager to achieve compnay KPI's
  • Have an understanding of industry regulations and hygiene standards

To be successful for the role:

  • Must hold a Certificate III in Meat Processing
  • Proven experience as a Head Butcher or similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of whole-carcass butchery and processing
  • Knowledge of processing Smallgoods (Ham, Bacon, Kabana etc)
  • Manual Drivers licence & reliable transport
