About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen with a focus on delivering quality meals at volume. You'll oversee all kitchen operations, from team management and training to ordering, menu development, compliance, and cost control. This is a hands-on role where you'll lead from the front and bring consistency, creativity, and accountability to the kitchen.
Your Skills and Experience:

Proven Head Chef or strong Sous Chef experience in a high-volume venue

Skilled in food costing, rostering, ordering, and maintaining kitchen standards

Confident leader who can manage and motivate a small team

Committed to food safety, consistency, and delivering great customer experiences

Able to thrive under pressure during busy services
