Preferred Requirements:

  • Understanding of profit measures and cost management
  • Proven experience in a Head Chef position within a casual dining restaurant/pub
  • Experience rostering and managing a back of house team
  • Communication and technical knowledge to successfully lead all back of house operational requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to manage costs and productivity
  • Passion for recruiting, training, and developing future business leaders
  • Eagerness to grow personally and professionally
  • Valid Food Safety Supervisor Certificate and strong knowledge of Food Safety Compliance
