Job Description

The headline of this advert says it all. We are looking for experienced Trade Qualified Heavy Vehicle Mechanics to join a mining service provider that are making a noise in the Australian market. You will be supporting their operations across the southern part of the Bowen Basin maintaining a fleet of MPU’s & Fixed Plant equipment on site, ensuring reliability & machinery optimisation.

 Experience required:
  • Trade Qualified Heavy Vehicle Mechanic or Mobile Plant Mechanic
  • Ideally someone with a broad mechanical experience across both Mobile & Fixed Plant.
  • Experience on Road Transport – Desirable Volvo or Scania.
  • Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding capabilities.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills and a commitment to a safety-focused approach.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
