About the role

Join the team at Alfagomma Australia as a full-time Hose Fitters / Assembler. This key role requires you to assemble a range of industrial/hydraulic hoses and fittings at our manufacturing facility in Paget, Queensland.

What you'll be doing

  • Assemble and fabricate industrial/hydraulic hoses and fittings to customer specifications

  • Utilise a range of tools and equipment to cut, crimp, and assemble hose assemblies

  • Ensure all work meets strict quality standards

  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients

  • Maintain a safe and organised work area

  • Assist with other production tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar assembly or production role, ideally within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industries

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent hand-eye coordination

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

  • Commitment to delivering high-quality work and maintaining safety standards

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Good communication and teamwork skills
