With the recent launch of Gladstone’s first 5-star property, Peppers Gladstone, we are expanding our housekeeping team at both Peppers and Mantra Gladstone.

About the Role

We are looking for Housekeeping Attendants who are passionate about cleanliness, detail-oriented, and dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This role requires availability for a rotating roster, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a room attendant or cleaner (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks
• Strong attention to detail & a positive attitude
• Commitment to high cleanliness & hygiene standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, storage areas, and corridors to a high standard
• Ensure guest supplies and room materials are fully stocked
• Report lost property and follow correct procedures
• Handle equipment safely and report any defects
• Assist with regular stock checks of housekeeping supplies
• Follow security procedures for keys and guest rooms
• Adhere to health & safety guidelines for cleaning products
