Initially offered as a three-month contract, the role has come about while the team recruits permanently. The right person will have every opportunity to be considered for the ongoing position.

You will join a collaborative HR team where everyone contributes, supports one another and works closely with operational leaders across site.
The Role
This is a broad generalist position where no two days are the same. You will gain exposure across:
- Employee and industrial relations
- Workplace investigations
- Performance management and coaching
- End-to-end recruitment
- Employee lifecycle support
- HR reporting and systems
- Policy and procedural advice
- Supporting leaders across a busy operational site
Rather than sitting behind a desk, you'll be encouraged to build relationships, attend pre-start meetings, get out on site and become a trusted advisor to the workforce.
About You
You will bring experience as a HR Advisor or HR Generalist and enjoy working in operational environments where you can make a genuine impact.
Experience within mining, resources, manufacturing, construction or another blue-collar industry will be highly regarded, although candidates from other complex operational environments are encouraged to apply.
