The Role – HSE Advisor
  
The HSE Advisor is responsible for coordinating, promoting and managing health and safety culture and activities across local office and site-based works, in project, shutdown and site environments.
  
  
Role Duties include:
  • Guiding and mentoring workers and leaders on site to meet safety and health objectives.
  • Awareness of health and safety legislation requirements.
  • Promoting and building a positive HSE culture within the workforce.
  • Hazard and Risk identification and management
  • Supporting leaders with review of safety plans and policies, documentation and supporting workers with hazard and risk identification and management.
  • Delivery of HSE material or projects as required.
  • Return to work coordination and compliance.
  
  
Experience & Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2-3 years relevant industrial experience.
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety
  • Ability to travel to sites for shutdowns/projects as required
  • Ability to pass Pre Employment Medical and D&A Testing
