Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced HSE Advisors. 

 

Role will include : 

  • Workforce interactions and to assist with field leadership processes 
  • Run alignment sessions 
  • Assistance with safety concerns 
  • Assisting with incident investigating and reporting 
  • Hazard identification 
  • Conducting inspections and audits as required 
  • Workforce compliance 

About your experience :

To be the ideal candidate you will have; 

  • Certificate IV or higher in health and safety or equivalent (desirable) 
  • Experience in CHPP shutdowns in coal mines (desirable)
  • Communication and interpersonal skills 
  • stakeholder engagement skills 
  • Coal board medical 
  • Working at heights 
  • ISO Accreditation experience 
  • Standard 11 
  • Workshop compliance and training
